يهدف قسم إدارة التمريض بكلية التمريض جامعة دمياط الي إعداد كوادر تمريضية مؤهله لممارسة الأعمال الإدارية و  القيادية بمهارة / بحرفية  في مختلف التخصصات التمريضية والقطاعات الصحية وذلك من خلال مناهج ومعايير معتمدة  تعزز وتدعم الممارسة المهنية وتطوير البحث العلمي في مجال إدارة التمريض و قادرا على اتخاذ القرار المناسب ومنافسا في سوق العمل بما يحقق  خدمة المجتمع ومعايير الجودة العالمية وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة .

The Department of Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Damietta University, aims to prepare qualified nursing cadres capable of administrative work and practicing effective leadership in various specialties and health sectors 

 This is done through evidence-based curricula, the adoption of academic standards for professional practice, and the development of scientific research in the field of nursing administration. Which in turn qualifies the graduate to be able to make the appropriate decision to keep pace with development. It qualifies the graduate to be able to make the appropriate decision, keep pace with development, motivate change, emphasize quality, be an effective member of the health team, and compete in the labor market to enhance and develop society within the framework of professional ethics
